That’s what nervous system dysregulation looks like in real life. The symptoms look different for each of us, but these are the kinds of patterns that evolve from unprocessed emotions.

In this 8-session package, we will use techniques for deep emotional release to help you rebalance your nervous system.

I use a combination of Mind Body Spirit Release (MBSR), Timeline Therapy, NLP and Hypnosis to work with the root of the stuck emotions—not just the surface symptoms. By calming the nervous system, untangling the stories and beliefs that keep you repeating behavior patterns, and releasing deeply held emotions and energies, you’ll experience a profound sense of lightness and balance.

This holistic approach empowers you to shift out of old patterns, and reconnect with the calm, grounded version of yourself that you know is possible. It’s like peeling an onion. We’ll go layer by layer, and with each layer, you’ll feel a little better.

Releasing Negative Emotions

Every experience we’ve had triggers a physiological response, creating a memory stored in our subconscious as a protective measure. When emotions like anger, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt or shame remain trapped, they keep you in a state of reactivity until you release them.

We do this through finding the root cause and rewiring how your brain views and stores these emotions, enforcing communication between the conscious and unconscious mind, and techniques that allow the energy to move through.  

The origin of an emotion can go much farther back than most of us think of—I believe stuck emotions can originate in the experiences of our ancestors. Yep, your difficult relationship with your mother and sense of abandonment could go all the way back to your great great great grandmother in the 1600s.

It is normal to feel hesitant about addressing emotions you may have buried or ignored for years. This process is designed to be gentle and efficient. It is not about reliving emotions- but releasing them. I guide you every step of the way to ensure you feel safe, supported, and in control.

Releasing Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are things we believe about ourselves that feel true but often aren’t. Many of these start in childhood and stay with us, quietly keeping us stuck in cycles of doing too much, or not letting ourselves have what we really want.

Here’s an easy way to spot a limiting belief: think of something you want to do but haven’t. Maybe it’s “I want to be more present with my kids.” Now, is there a “but” that comes right after? That “but” is often your limiting belief. For example, “But, I’m too busy at work.” That “but” shows the belief that’s keeping you stuck.

We release limiting beliefs in a similar way to emotions. We identify the originating event when the belief began and we go through a visualization process releasing the belief by rewiring how the subconscious mind processes the story.

Installing Future Goals

Once we’ve identified the emotions and limiting beliefs driving your behavior, we can begin developing new neural pathways and training the brain to respond in ways that better serve you. This involves activating different parts of the brain, reframing your perspective, and broadening your view of the world. In NLP, we say that the person with the most flexibility experiences the least stress—by expanding how you see things, you can respond to life with greater ease and resilience.
