I created the following packages to help you regulate your nervous system, uproot the stuck emotions creating problematic patterns in your life, and find the inner calm to respond rather than constantly react.

Mind Body Spirit Release Package

This is for you if: This three session package is perfect for Mind Body Spirit Release where you are working through a specific stressor, problem, or coping mechanism (ex. Emotional eating). Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, feeling disconnected from yourself, or navigating trauma and life changes, these sessions are designed to help remove the energetic blocks holding you back from being your best self. 

This package is designed to focus on a single intention or issue over multiple sessions, as working on it 2-3 times allows for deeper healing and lasting transformation. Through focused emotional release and mindset shifts, you’ll walk away feeling calm, present, and balanced.

For deeper work or multiple stressors, the Release and Renew Package is recommended.

A Single Mind Body Release Session

This is for you if: You just want to try this and see if it works for you. If you feel a bit calmer, if you notice a physical symptom has decreased, or if you feel lighter after the session—we’ll call that a win. And you may want to book the 3 or 8 session package to make even bigger changes.

An 8 Session Transformation

This is for you if: You are experiencing symptoms of nervous system dysregulation, like: feeling the physical and emotional weight of stress, feeling constantly on edge and unable to focus or relax, feeling tired and irritable, or struggling with gut issues, hormonal imbalance and weight gain. These are all signs of your nervous system being stuck in fight or flight. 

You may also find yourself:

  • stuck in negative patterns in relationships

  • frequently triggered by anger, frustration, or sadness

  • feeling deeply emotional in ways that seem disproportionate to the situation

  • feeling stuck in your career or personal life
