If you’re like most of my clients, you want to feel calm, balanced, free from guilt, shame, grief, and anxiety from childhood. To not have to constantly deal with BIG EMOTIONS when you’re just trying to walk through Target without having a panic attack. 

I get it because I’ve been there too.

And it’s not just stress.

It’s not just overwhelm.

The root causes go back farther than your day planner.

Unresolved emotions have wide ripple effects:

  • Attracting unhealthy or abusive partners (ever feel like a jerk magnet?)

  • Overscheduling yourself, never giving yourself time to rest or be present, because your nervous system can’t calm down enough (and if you do pause, you get moody and depressed). You live in a state of overwhelm. 

  • Feeling stuck in a relationship or career because you feel like you can’t or shouldn’t leave

  • Unable to be mentally present with your kids, partner, family, or work, because you’re numbing (doom scrolling at 3am anyone?)

  • Feelings that come out of NOWHERE! Or have a story that “depression runs in my family” or “my family is just anxious.” 

As a business owner and mom, I used to feel like I was barely getting through each day. I was dealing with chronic migraines, brain fog, sleepless nights followed by crushing fatigue, and constant anxiety. My body was in overdrive, and my nervous system was running on fumes. It wasn’t until I learned to look deeper that I discovered how much my stress, self-expectations, and buried emotions were affecting my health.

I tried therapy and felt progressively worse. Coming back week after week to rehash the trauma felt like it was reinforcing those neural pathways. I worked with homeopaths and naturopaths for my physical symptoms, but my system was so overstimulated, I would react to every treatment, even homeopathic supplements. 

I tried pharmaceuticals and had terrible side effects. I tried natural remedies and reacted badly too.

Then I tried energy work.

I didn’t have to rehash my trauma (yay!) and I liked that I instantly started feeling calmer in my body. Things I thought were impossible to heal started to disappear—lifelong TMJ, knots in my back, asthma. I felt great but if I skipped my weekly energy work sessions, the symptoms would come back.

Then I tried changing the way my body neurologically stored trauma—Timeline therapy and neuro linguistic programming to activate different neural pathways and build mental flexibility for less stress and more resilience. 

This is why I now combine these techniques when I work with clients.

  • Energy work to release energetic blocks and lower the stress responses that keep your nervous system in high drive. Through energy work, emotional release, and subconscious rewiring, we’ll work together to help you build resilience and experience a sense of control and peace that may feel just out of reach right now.

  • Subconscious reprogramming to help you stop repeating behavior patterns that come out of your oldest stories. With the right support, we can rewire the brain to work in ways that better serve you, allowing for more ease and calm.

The goal is to feel less triggered, more present with your family, and actually enjoy your day-to-day life. 

This isn’t an insta-fix and you’re going to need to do more than “just add water!” Seeing results often takes between 4-8 sessions depending on how much trauma you carry, and how long you’ve carried it.
