Mind Body Spirit Release

What is Mind Body Spirit Release (MBSR)?

When an individual undergoes a traumatic experience, it often leaves an emotional imprint on the body. Traumas, whether significant life-changing events or smaller occurrences, can induce physiological changes. The body, entering a fight or flight mode, initiates a stress response as a protective mechanism, retaining the memory of the event and its corresponding reaction.

In some instances, the body remains “stuck” in this stress response, resulting in considerable physical and emotional strain. Through the application of muscle testing, practitioners can pinpoint emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, as well as identify neurotransmitters and hormones contributing to the stress burden. Addressing these elements enables the release of emotions, leading to a more composed nervous system.

Following the identification of emotional components, practitioners utilize cold laser therapy, known as a clearing process, to alleviate these stressors. This methodology facilitates the body’s unlearning of the stress response, ultimately promoting a more serene nervous system.

Mind-Body-Spirit Release (MBSR) proves effective in mitigating stress, minimizing triggers, and dispelling negative emotions. Additionally, it serves to enhance spiritual growth, foster awareness of behavioral patterns and their origins, and establish a balance between physical and emotional well-being. The outcomes of MBSR extend beyond individual benefits, potentially contributing to healthier relationships and further spiritual development.

What does a session look like?
Mind Body Spirit Release helps identify subconscious imprints and trapped emotions contributing to unhealthy patterns. MBSR sessions help reduce emotional and physical stress, calm the nervous system, offer insight to underlying patters and aid in self regulation. A typical session might look like:
1. Initial assessment: This is to understand your emotional needs and to set intentions for the session.
2. Identify imprints: Through muscle testing, a form of biofeedback, I identify trapped imprints and emotions that may be impacting your well-being.
3. Release techniques: One the imprints are identified we use a cold laser and relaxation techniques to help move the energy through.
4. Closing: The session concludes with allowing you to share your experience. The practitioner will follow up with a summary of the session along with recommendations for you to do at home to get the most out of the session. They will also discuss follow-up sessions if necessary.
Ready to break free? Let go of emotions that are no longer serving you and reclaim balance in your life!
MBSR does not treat, diagnose, cure or prevent any disease.
